A MODERN TOUCH AND TWIST ON INDONESIAN STREET FOOD
Many of you might wonder what the word babi means or where it came from. Babi (bah bee) is a word taken from the Indonesian language that translates to pig.
At Babi&Co. we aim to re-create traditional Indonesian street foods by using fresh and local ingredients, while still keeping the intense and traditional flavours that Indonesian cuisine has to offer. Though we don’t have chairs, tables, and a kitchen yet, we hope to share our food at different pop-up events around Toronto.
